Silicon carbide column membrane is an innovative product that breaks the boundary of inorganic and organic membrane application scenarios. It combines the advantages of ceramic membrane products being durable and organic membrane products being packed at high density. Its usage method is highly similar to that of organic column membranes, making up for the shortcomings of organic membranes such as high requirements for influent water quality, high backwash water consumption, and the risk of broken wires. It can improve the water yield of ultrafiltration systems and reduce chemical cleaning costs.
This product is composed of multiple built-in silicon carbide ceramic filter elements. The unique structural design makes the hydraulic distribution of the flow channel of each membrane element more uniform during water production and backwashing, and the backwash recovery effect is outstanding.
