This module is a chemical and temperature resistant Ultra-Filtration (UF) ceramic membrane filters for solid-liquid separation. It can be used in various sources of contaminated water.

 The technology is well used in the following applications:

     Drinking water from ground- and surface water sources

     Brackish water and seawater reverse osmosis pre-filtration

     Municipal and industrial wastewater treatment

     Mining wastewater treatment

     Oily wastewater treatment

     Produced water treatment

 ▪    Scrubber wastewater for marine scrubbers

     Recovery of backwash wastewater from sand filters

With an average filter pore size of 0.1 micron the UF membrane acts as a physical barrier to removal any suspended solids from the water, like:

     Sand particles, silt and colloidal silica

     Metal oxides, like iron and manganese oxides

     Pollen, Germs and bacteria

 ▪    Algae

     Oil and grease

     Colloidal fractions

     Chlorinated biphenyl

     TEP (Transparent Exopolymer Particles)

Ultra-filtration technologies with a pore size of 0.1μm are commonly understood as filtration solutions remove suspended solids such as clay and silt, pollen, algae, precipitated metal oxides as well as fractions of colloids. They are also a physical barrier for germs and bacteria and are classified as disinfection solution with typical log removal value (LRV) above 5.

1. Membrane modules are filled with flat membrane elements and are suitable for

       submerged ultra filtration.

2. Multi-diaphragm configuration, replaceable diaphragms Internal integrated water production channel

3. The membrane module shell is entirely made of glass fiber reinforced resin (does not

       contain any steel parts)

4. Suitable for challenging industrial waters such as groundwater, seawater, surface

       water, MBR, TSE etc.

5. High-throughput operation, up to 1200LMH
