In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, as well as the work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and in combination with reality, various regions are promoting the updating of construction and municipal infrastructure equipment.

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development released the "Jiangsu Province Promotion of Building and Municipal Infrastructure Equipment Renewal Work Plan". Clearly state in the key work tasks:

 

Renewal and renovation of water supply facilities and equipment

"Promote the implementation of the renovation and renovation of secondary water supply (pressurized storage) facilities and equipment in water plants and residential areas, with a focus on the renovation of water plants and residential areas' secondary water supply (pressurized storage) facilities and equipment that affect water quality standards, are old and damaged, have been officially phased out by the state, have high energy consumption, and have low operating efficiency. By the end of 2027, 100 water plants and 3000 residential areas' secondary water supply facilities and equipment will be renovated and renovated."

2. Surface with strong negative charge (attracting positively charged particles and settling, improving water transparency)

3. High mass transfer efficiency (oxygen transfer rate above 85%)

4. Strong oxidizing properties, releasing free radicals upon rupture

 

Jianmo Technology | New Process for Drinking Water Treatment

The short process silicon carbide ultrafiltration membrane treatment process is our silicon carbide ceramic flat plate ultrafiltration system, which can combine ozone contact oxidation tank and ultrafiltration system, greatly saving land area and shortening the process flow, with a more flexible process design. The combination of refined process flow and product advantages reduces the occurrence of pollution and blockage during equipment operation, reduces the burden of on-site personnel operation and maintenance, and reduces costs and increases efficiency.

Process flow description:

The raw water flows into the ceramic membrane treatment equipment by gravity, and a nano bubble generator is installed on the inlet pipeline and ozone is introduced to produce micro bubble water containing ozone. On the one hand, it relies on ozone oxidation to decompose organic matter in the water, and on the other hand, it alleviates membrane pollution through sterilization and friction. The incoming water containing ozone nanobubbles flows naturally along the pipeline to the membrane tank, which is equipped with a silicon carbide plate membrane. Under the suction action of the clean water pump, the purified water is extracted from the membrane hole. Afterwards, sodium hypochlorite is added to the membrane production water pipe to disinfect the clean water and sent to the water distribution network.

During the operation of the ceramic ultrafiltration membrane system, periodic backwashing is required to remove the filter cake layer from the membrane surface.
